Sorry: Birmingham-Redditch line disruption on 6 November
We're sorry if you experienced problems when travelling on the Cross City line on Tuesday 6 November. At 2030hrs, a fire broke out at an electricity sub station near Selly Oak, which led to several roads and the railway line being closed by the emergency services.

Better timetable for Cross City line from 22 October 2012
Following customer feedback from last year and taking into account the recent poor performance on the CrossCity line, we have decided to cancel this year’s annual 'leaf fall' timetable and will therefore continue to run the more frequent service that has operated since May 2012.
