Network Rail strike cancelled

Date: 01 Apr 2010

The proposed strike action by RMT members employed as Network Rail signallers and maintenance workers has been called off.

Industrial action was scheduled to take place on 6, 7, 8 and 9 April, but Network Rail has been granted a High Court injunction after it alleged discrepancies in the RMT's ballot for industrial action.

London Midland will now run a normal timetable on these days.

However, if you have already made alternative arrangements for your travel, please read here for details on refunds and revised ticket validity.

If you are travelling over the Easter period, please check londonmidland.com/easter to check that your journey is not affected by engineering or call National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50.
