Every four weeks, our 'Meet the Managers' events give passengers the chance to meet the directors and senior managers responsible for delivering all aspects of the London Midland service. We publish the answers to the questions asked here after each session.
It's your chance to speak directly to the people who make the decisions which affect you and get a response on the spot. You'll get an insight into the running of London Midland, and hearing your views will help us to improve the services and facilities we provide.

Meet the Manager sessions will now take place between 0745 and 0945. We'll be located on the main concourse at London Euston, at the end of the glass covered walkway at Birmingham Snow Hill, and on the main concourse opposite Millie's Cookies/WHSmith at Birmingham New Street.
