We have a Stakeholder Advisory Board which consists of passenger representatives, who meet with our directors to discuss key issues. Board meetings are chaired by the Managing Director and are attended by the Commercial Director and other senior members of the management team.
Board meetings take place four times a year and are an important way of working with our stakeholders to indentify improvements we can make to our services for the benefit of all of our customers. The Board also has a key role in identifying the key concerns of our passengers and provides another forum to receive feedback on how we are doing.
