Rail user groups

London Midland works with a number of statutory passenger groups and voluntary rail user groups. We meet with them regularly and listen to their views.

The main passenger bodies are Passenger Focus, London Travel Watch and TravelWatch Midlands West.

Passenger Focus is the official consumer organisation championing the interests of rail passengers.
London Travel Watch is the official watchdog organisation representing the interests of transport users in and around the capital.
TravelWatch Midlands West Represents the views of users of all forms of passenger transport users in the counties of Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire and the seven West Midlands Metropolitan Council areas.
