How to book a through ticket
By phone: simply call Eurostar's contact centre on 08705 186 186, open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm. Please allow 3-5 days for tickets to be dispatched.
Online: visit www.eurostar.com and follow the booking procedure on the homepage. On completion of your online booking you'll be emailed 2 booking reference numbers, one is for the UK part of your journey (including Tube travel to and/or from King's Cross St Pancras). Take the reference number along to your UK station and use the self service ticket machine to collect your tickets, alternatively see the staff at the ticket office and they can issue your ticket. The other booking reference number is for the Eurostar part of your journey, this ticket can be collected from one of the e-ticket machines at St Pancras International station.
Transferring from London Euston to St Pancras International
Eurostar's home is the magnificently regenerated St Pancras International, featuring Europe's longest champagne bar, a fresh daily farmer's market, cafes, brasseries plus many shops, and it couldn't be simpler to get to from London Euston:
- a one-stop journey on the Tube on either the Victoria or Northern (City Branch) lines. Your Tube ticket is included in the through price, or a
- 10 minute walk between the 2 stations so you can stretch your legs, or a
- black cab from the station taxi rank to save the hassle of carrying suitcases, or a
- private car with a meet and greet service booked through ecoigo on 0207 833 8008.
