We manage 147 stations, from Watford Junction in the south to Acton Bridge in Merseyside, and from Great Malvern in the west to Bedford in the east.
Like other train companies, we don't manage all the stations our trains call at. Network Rail, for instance, manage both Birmingham New Street and London Euston, as well as owning all the country's tracks and signalling. You can check who manages which stations on the National Rail Enquiries website.
We do our best to help people who want to use our stations for something other than catching a train, but ultimately we have to put our passengers first. We also have a duty to protect the safety and security of everyone on our stations, and at times this may restrict what is possible.
More information is available for media, charity collections and leafleting, and rail enthusiasts.
