London Midland, one of the UK's newest rail companies, is helping out Christmas shoppers with nearly a 1000 extra seats over December Saturdays.
Each Saturday, extra services will run from Worcester Shrub Hill station through Droitwich and Bromsgrove to Birmingham New Street.
Additional trains will leave Worcester Shrub Hill at 9.15am and 2.20pm, with a return from Birmingham New Street at 4.50pm. Another train will leave Bromsgrove for Birmingham New Street at 11.13am, returning at 3.50pm. More details are at http://www.londonmidland.com/.
London Midland Managing Director Stephen Banaghan said: "The last thing anyone needs after Christmas shopping crowds is battling through traffic jams, and we're doing our bit to make life easier for shoppers."
