If you drive an ECO friendly vehicle you are entitled to a discount off a car park permit at all London Midland station car parks.
What discount am I entitled to?
- 50% discount on monthly, quarterly and annual parking permits if your vehicle emits no more than 120g of carbon dioxide every kilometre (120g/km).
- Check the emission level of your vehicle on the Transport Energy Powershift Register held by the Energy Savings Trust.
- 100% discount on monthly, quarterly and annual parking permit, if your vehicle is registered with the DVLA and has "Electric" fuel type. This can be checked on the vehicle registration document (V5C) sent to you by the DVLA.

What documents will you need to see when I register?
To register for a discount off London Midland car park permits, you will need to provide the following documents with your registration form:
- A photocopy of the V5C vehicle registration document from the DVLA.
- A covering letter including your contact details.

How does the registration process work?
Once the relevant documents have been received, Meteor will check the eligibility of the discount to be given. If your vehicle is eligible for a 50% or 100% discount, then Meteor will contact you. You will be asked to provide some further information in order to complete the registration process. For those eligible for a 50% discount, the relevant payment will need to be made prior to Meteor issuing the permit.
Please note:
- You should allow at least 20 working days for the delivery of your first car park permit.
- If renewing a discounted monthly or quarterly car park permit, please allow seven working days for delivery.
- Renewals can be made by calling Meteor on 0870 060 4416 or emailing comments@londonmidlandparking.com
- All annual car park permits (and monthly or quarterly permits at the anniversary of the first purchase) must follow the same process, allowing 20 working days for renewal and delivery. You will need to submit the same documentation every year at the anniversary of the first purchase
