Delay Repay compensation form
If your journey with London Midland is delayed by 30 minutes or more, you may claim compensation under our 'Delay Repay' scheme irrespective of what caused the delay. Its aim is to offer a quick and efficient compensation system which is clear and transparent.
Simply complete the form below and our Customer Relations team will respond to your claim within 20 days. Please note that you can now make up to 5 claims per form. All claims are validated against our train running information records and if your claim is valid, we'll send you the appropriate value of national rail travel vouchers. Please note that claims need to be submitted within 28 days of the delay.
