London Midland brings together the previous Silverlink County franchise and the major part of the Central Trains franchise - the West Midlands regional services, including the Snow Hill Lines and the Birmingham to Liverpool route.

We're constantly working to improve our services, which means engineering work can sometimes disrupt services. We do our best to minimise the effect.
As part of our franchise promises, we will be improving our 147 stations, refreshing the interior and exterior of our train fleet and increasing the number of car park spaces at some stations.We have great plans to improve this network for our passengers and have started implementing these.
