Delay Repay compensation form

What is Delay Repay?

If your London Midland journey is delayed by 30 minutes or more, we think you ought to be compensated whether it's our fault or not. Delay Repay helps you claim compensation simply and quickly - just submit the form below within 28 days of travel (you can claim for up to 5 journeys at a time).

Once we've validated the claim against our train running records, we'll send you the appropriate compensation in National Rail travel vouchers (valid for 1 year). If your claim is for more than £30 - and you won't be able to use the vouchers - you can request a cheque from us instead.

What compensation are you entitled to?

Delays of 30 - 59 minutes Delays of 60 - 119 minutes Delays of 120 minutes or more
50% of single ticket price 100% of single ticket price 100% of single ticket price
25% of return ticket price 50% of return ticket price 100% of return ticket price

What about season tickets?

If you have a season ticket (including nNetwork and nTrain season tickets within the West Midlands area), you are entitled to the same scale of compensation, based on the proportional daily cost of your ticket. For more details please take a look at the London Midland Passenger's Charter leaflet

Please note all fields marked * are mandatory. You'll also need to attach a scanned image of your ticket, so if this isn't possible, print off a copy of our Delay Repay form instead. For online submissions, please keep hold of your original tickets – sometimes we may need to see them before processing your claim.
