Timetables

The timetables below are valid from 8 December 2013.

These timetables were correct at the time of production, but there may be engineering works or disruptions to your journey. Please check before travelling to find out about disruptions on your route.

For timetables prior to 8 December 2013, please use the London Midland Journey Planner.

Most train times will remain the same from December, with the following exceptions:

Wolverhampton-Birmingham-Walsall-Rugeley

On Monday-Saturday, trains will now run every 15 minutes between Birmingham and Walsall right through the day. Some minor changes to Rugeley services will also help to improve reliability, although the frequency of trains will remain unchanged.

Birmingham Snow Hill-Stourbridge Jct/Kidderminster/Worcester

The off-peak (and Saturday) timetable will be simplified for the three main train services:

Birmingham-Stourbridge Jct: trains will call at all stations
Birmingham-Kidderminster: trains won’t call at Langley Green, Old Hill and Lye, but will call at Hagley and Blakedown.
Birmingham-Worcester: trains won’t call at Langley Green, Old Hill, Lye, Hagley and Blakedown, but will call at Hartlebury (once an hour) and Droitwich Spa.

Certain trains to/from Worcester will also switch between Foregate Street and Shrub Hill.

Birmingham Snow Hill-Stratford-upon-Avon

A brand new hourly service will run off-peak (and on Saturdays) between Stratford and Birmingham via Solihull in addition to the existing service via Shirley. This will mean a train every 30 minutes from Birmingham to Stratford. There will also be a number of alterations at peak times, with some existing Leamington Spa services diverting to Stratford instead.

An extra late night train will also run at 2320 from Stratford non-stop to Birmingham Moor Street and Snow Hill.

Birmingham-Shrewsbury

On weekdays, the last London Midland service from Birmingham-Shrewsbury will now leave at 2209 instead of 2221.

Bletchley-Bedford

On weekdays, the first trains from Bletchley and Bedford will be retimed to leave earlier. This will allow the 0625 Bedford-Bletchley to connect with the 0713 Bletchley-Euston train, which gets to London at 0805.

London Euston-Milton Keynes/Northampton/Birmingham/Crewe

The first northbound train from Bletchley on weekdays will now be at 0631 as the 0517 Bletchley-Crewe will start at Northampton. There will be an extra service from Milton Keynes Central-Birmingham New Street at 0537.

2134 Euston-Milton Keynes Central will terminate at Bletchley.

1646 Euston-Crewe service will now have an extra 4 carriages
