1 National Trust: Ascott - TICKETED

Bought by the de Rothschild family in 1876, this half-timbered Jacobean farmhouse was considerably enlarged and transformed. It now has collections of French and English furniture, Oriental porcelain and fine paintings. Outside a Dutch garden and topiary sundial.
