Day Travelcards (peak) can be used all day Monday to Friday, on the day of validity and for any journey that starts before 04.30 the following day. On public holidays it is cheaper to buy an Off–Peak Day Travelcard.
Day Travelcards (off-peak) have the same restrictions as the equivalent Off-Peak Day Return ticket to London, but also includes unlimited travel on London buses, tubes and most trains in the Transport for London area. They are not valid for travel on services arriving into London Euston before 10.00 or departing from London Euston after 16.49 until 19.01 for journeys to Watford Junction and any station as far as (and including) Long Buckby.
