Simply search for a ticket on our website and when choosing a collection or preference, select Mobile Ticket
Once your booking is confirmed , we'll email your tickets to you as an attachment, which you can then use on our services.
It's the new fast and convenient way to travel with London Midland.
What is a Mobile Ticket?
A Mobile Ticket is an electronic ticket, which is sent via email to your account along with your booking confirmation. It is sent to your email account as a PDF which you can either load onto your mobile phone or print out on paper.
Your Mobile Ticket is sent in addition to your booking confirmation email, please note your booking confirmation will not be accepted for travel - you must show your Mobile Ticket to be accepted for travel.
How can I purchase a Mobile Ticket?
Mobile Tickets are now available through the booking engine on our website, simply search for the journey you require and where that ticket is available as a Mobile Ticket, select Mobile Ticket as a collection preference prior to paying.
Which tickets are currently available to purchase as a Mobile Ticket?
Mobile Tickets are now available for day tickets (Anytime and Off-Peak, Single and Return) across certain routes within the West Midlands, including:
- Birmingham New Street to Rugeley Trent Valley
- Birmingham New Street to Lichfield Trent Valley
- Birmingham New Street to Redditch
- Birmingham New Street to Worcester Stations
- Birmingham New Street to Marston Green

How do I use a Mobile Ticket?
Once your Mobile Ticket arrives by email, you can either open the ticket to display on your mobile phone screen or print the ticket out onto A4 paper.
When travelling on a London Midland service, please show the Mobile Ticket for inspection when requested.
When entering or exiting a station with ticket barriers, simply place and hold the square barcode (QR code) face down onto the barcode scanner positioned on the front of the barrier. Once the barcode is verified the barrier will open - please note a barcode that is not valid will be rejected by the ticket barrier.
If you are entering a station with no barcode scanner installed on the ticket barrier, please show your Mobile Ticket to a member of staff who will verify your ticket.
