Buses replace trains between Rugeley Trent Valley and Walsall from Tuesday 22 until Monday 28 August

Network Rail are carrying out engineering work between Rugeley Trent Valley and Walsall, closing all lines.

From Tuesday 22 August until the end of the day on Monday 28 August, buses will be replacing trains between Rugeley Trent Valley and Walsall.

The 05:16 Rugby to London Euston service will start at Northampton. A bus will run from Rugby to Northampton, departing at 04:46.

Network rail is carrying out overnight engineering work between Barnt Green and Droitwich Spa closing the line.

The 23:00 Birmingham New Street to Worcester Shrub Hill is diverted and will not call at University or Bromsgrove.

Customers for University should use Cross City trains and from Birmingham New Street. Rail replacement buses will run between Bromsgrove and Droitwich Spa.

The 22:54 Birmingham New Street to Northampton service will terminate at Coventry.

At Coventry, you are advised to travel on the 23:31 Virgin Trains service from Coventry to London Euston, alighting at Rugby. A replacement bus will run from Rugby to Northampton.
